I am an educator, academic leader, teacher trainer, and lifelong learner with over a decade of experience in education, working across pre-primary to senior secondary levels.
My journey in education has been guided by one simple belief:

With over nine years of experience as an academic coordinator, I have led curriculum planning, teacher development, and school-wide academic initiatives. My work has focused on creating engaging learning environments, mentoring educators, and designing systems that bring measurable improvements to classroom teaching and student learning.
I am also proud to serve as a sustainability ambassador, promoting responsible, future-focused education by integrating sustainable thinking into everyday teaching and learning.
At the national level, I am a member of the CBSE curriculum development team for the Grade XI skill subject – geospatial technology, contributing to competency-based curriculum development aligned with NEP 2020. This experience has strengthened my perspective on interdisciplinary education and preparing learners for the future.
Recognising the need for meaningful and practical professional development, I co-founded AdvikThiran Skill Development Company with a shared vision of empowering educators through continuous learning, innovation, and academic excellence. Our mission is to support teachers and school leaders with impactful training, skill development, and future-ready educational practices.
